Predatory Towing
In the last three years, NICB observed a staggering 89% increase in predatory towing claims across the country. Rogue towers take advantage of vulnerable consumers by removing their vehicle from an accident scene and then demanding thousands of dollars for storage.
NICB stands at the forefront of the campaign against predatory towing through anti-fraud legislation, promoting public awareness, and offering ample training opportunities and resources for SIUs and claims personnel.
