On November 22, 2022, NICB and The Greater Los Angeles New Car Dealership Association (GLANCDA) held the annual Law Enforcement Training Day at the Los Angeles Convention Center Car Show. RATT Commander Gil Campa was the featured speaker. This year’s event highlighted the strengthened relationship between the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZ DPS) by introducing members of the Regional Auto Theft Task Force (RATT) and the Arizona Vehicle Theft Task Force (RATTLER) to the more than 300 attendees.
