Fox 31 reported on a class-action lawsuit filed against Xcel Energy. The suit reportedly claims powerlines and equipment sparked the Marshall fire. In response to Fox 31’s inquiry, Xcel Energy reportedly stated, ”The power lines and equipment in question were thoroughly inspected and showed no signs that they started a fire.”
