What are my log in credentials?

Your log in credentials have not changed. Use the same credentials you used in the previous NICTA. If you’ve recently created a new account, your username will be the email address you entered on the registration form.

How do I update my profile?

From the Dashboard, click the user icon in the top right corner, then click "My Profile". Basic information is extracted through registration, however there is other information you may want to include. You can update all fields that are open, if you need other fields updated, please contact your organization's administrator or us through the Contact Us link.

Where can I find courses?

Click the Catalog tab at the top of the screen. You will be able to enroll in all available courses and instructor-led trainings here.

How do I enroll in a course?

Click the Catalog tab at the top of the screen. Choose a Catalog, and then click the course you want to enroll in. Click the "Enroll" button.

How do I launch a course?

From the Dashboard, you will see "Enrollments" at the top of the screen. Find the course you want to launch and click the green view button on the right side. When the course description opens, click the blue launch course button on the right side. Also, you will be able to launch a course directly from the pop-up when you enroll. Please note; most courses contain two separate modules that must both be completed before a course is marked complete.

When are the instructor-led trainings facilitated?

Instructor led trainings are available 2 times a week, 2 times a day. Click the Catalog tab at the top of the screen. Scroll down until you see "Virtual Fraud Smart Instructor-Led Training" courses. Each course has the date and times the course will be facilitated. The calendar also shows when the vILT trainings will be facilitated.

Note: some courses are CE approved in certain states

How do I enroll in an instructor led training?

Click the Catalog tab at the top of the screen. You can either select the session from the calendar, or scroll down until you see the " Virtual Fraud Smart Instructor-Led Training " courses. Choose the course you want to take and click "Enroll". Choose the best time for you. You can also register through the calendar. Dates that have training will have a purple icon. Click the icon to see what course is being facilitated that day.

An email with the registration link will be sent shortly. Some courses offer CE credit for certain states. If you are requesting CE credits, make sure you enter your license number and the state you are request credit for.

How do I request CE credits?

Each course description shows what states it's approved in. To request CE credits, visit this page. Determine if your company is a part of NICTA's direct bill list. Whether you are an adjuster or agent/producer, choose the appropriate link. 

Where can I find my previously completed courses?

Courses completed prior to the July 1, 2019 move, are shown in your student transcript.
