An Arlington, Texas doctor was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit mail fraud. He was sentenced to 144 months in prison and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $376,368. The doctor was allegedly prescribing controlled substances without performing any examinations.
