Miami-based company AHBP is suing real estate developer Lynd Company over claims they were sold coronavirus disinfectant that did not do what was intended. Here's what you need to know.
AHBP lists Bio Supplies, which is Shavano Park-based Lynd Company’s cleaning supply business, the Express-News reported Monday. AHBP also named ViaClean Technologies, a Philadelphia company that manufactured the disinfectant. AHBP is seeking $90 million.
Adam David Lynd, Lynd Company’s president, told the Express-News that he plans to file to dismiss the lawsuit.
