The NICB is partnering with law enforcement, Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, NAPA Auto Parts, and Midas for Operation Catalytic Converter Crackdown. Catalytic converters will be painted for FREE at participating Midas locations in Richmond, VA on the second Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
