A public adjuster has been arrested after allegedly taking over $25,000 from consumers in Dougherty and Cobb Counties. Officials with the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner's Office say 58-year-old Steven Eric Chastain is facing a charge of theft by conversion in both counties after allegedly taking over $20,000 in Cobb County and $6,000 in Dougherty County from customers and contractors. http://wfxl.com/news/state-news/adjuster-arrest
