The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Financial Regulations recently issued Bulletin DFR-2022-2, which states applications to expand Intentional Acts to include exclusion of intentional acts where the injury or damage was more severe than expected or to a different person or property than intended will be rejected.
