Three Jersey City taxi businesses owned by the same family put uninsured cars on the road that were operated by unlicensed drivers, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Aziz Ibrahim, 63, Michael Ibrahim, 23, and Theresa Ibrahim, 47, all of Jersey City, were arrested Wednesday by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Insurance Fraud Unit after a four-month investigation into A1 City Corp., 4M Enterprises Inc. and AAA City Bergen Inc., the prosecutor said.
