An Oklahoma man has pled guilty to insurance fraud after an investigation revealed that a vehicle fire claim proved to be arson. The man had applied for a job with local law enforcement, and when completing the necessary paperwork, he admitted to arson and insurance fraud; he further admitted to burning his vehicle. The man received a two-year deferred sentence and was ordered to pay restitution.
