On April 13, 2022, NICB Supervisory Special Agent James Fonseca assisted with an auto theft class at the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy in Anaheim, CA. Investigators from more than 10 Orange County agencies attended the class, which included hands-on inspections of vehicles and an in-depth look at “What NICB Can Do for You.”
