On October 28, 2021, NICB SSA Terri DiGiorgio moderated a panel discussion for the 2021 NICB Workers' Compensation Fraud Conference. The panel was organized by NICB Learning and Development (L&D) and was comprised of industry experts who shared the lessons they’ve learned through the years as the workers’ compensation fraud landscape has evolved.
The panel included SSA DiGiorgio, NICB L&D Instructional Designer Kimberly Lawrence; Amanda Glick, Director of the Utah Fraud Insurance Division; Jay Bobrowsky, Senior Vice President of Special Investigations for California’s State Compensation Fund; and Loni Hand, Chief Privacy Officer and SIU Director & Counsel at NJM Insurance Group.
