NICB Special Agent D. Clark joined members of the Montgomery County Police Department at Fitzgerald Subaru for the latest Operation Etch & Catch event

Community members registered their vehicles to be assigned unique catalytic converter markings 

The NICB was on site Sunday June 25, 2023, at Fitzgerald Subaru in North Bethesda, MD to support Montgomery Police Department’s Operation Etch & Catch. Twenty-one vehicles were marked with unique VINs during this community event.
