On October 26, 2021, the NICB West Region hosted a one-day Cargo Theft Symposium at the Sheet Metal Workers’ Hall in Glendora, CA. The 85 participants included NICB member companies, national trucking company personnel, distribution warehouse personnel, retail security, city, county, state, and federal law enforcement personnel.
