J.S. Investigations, assisting victim trucking and insurance companies on an alleged commercial tractor trailer caused accident ring, was instrumental in identifying parties involved in this dangerous and costly crime.
As a result of their investigative assistance, 32 individuals have been indicted on charges including conspiracy to commit mail fraud, mail fraud, and aiding and abetting. This case is being handled by the U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Louisiana with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Louisiana State Police, the Metropolitan Crime Commission, and the NICB.
