Four Houston Men Arrested for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Theft of Catalytic Converters

On Wednesday February 16, 2022 at 4:40 a.m., Officers responded to 4215 N Major Dr, Westend Lodge, in reference to subjects stealing catalytic converters.  The caller observed several subjects under and around vehicles in the parking lot and could hear sawing noises.

Officers arrived in the area and were able to stop a 2018 white Ford Fusion, with 4 suspects, as it pulled out of one of the gates.  Officers located 3 cordless saws and 6 catalytic converters in the vehicle.  Investigators with the  Auto Theft Task Force (ATTF) were notified and responded.

The suspects were identified as Cammie Bush 27 , Camrell Stewart 21, Antonie  Benson 18, and Desean Roberts 18 (All from Houston area).  They were all transported to Jefferson County Correctional Facility and booked in for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
