A doctor, nurse practitioner and medical assistant have been indicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit mail fraud. The trial is set for November 2020 in the Northern District of Texas.
This is not the first time this doctor has seen trouble. In 2017, he was ordered not to treat, examine or consult with other physicians working for the workforce commission. Additionally, he has disciplinary history with the medical board dating back to 1990.
