A Cranberry Township man was charged with insurance fraud last week stemming from a July vehicle accident.
Brandon Williams, 39, was charged March 31 by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General with felony insurance fraud, felony theft by deception and misdemeanor insurance fraud.
According to charging documents, Williams was in a two-vehicle accident July 31. Investigators said the accident was not reported to police, and the two drivers exchanged information.
