The NICB assisted the Colorado Attorney General’s Office with the investigation of a questionable motorcycle collision. Investigation indicated the insured may have added collision coverage after the collision occurred. The individual was charged with 3 counts of Insurance Fraud and 1 count of Attempted Theft.
