The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries issued a press release regarding an Ellensburg contractor who was sentenced to serve 57 months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $950,000 in restitution. The contractor reportedly told victims to pay him directly and he would coordinate with the insurance company and frequently left homes in worse condition than he found them.
