After a collaborative investigation between NICB and a member company, a Texas man was charged criminally, and an arrest warrant was issued.
The man reportedly fled, and authorities were unable to locate him for over a year. The man was recently arrested in southwest Texas near the Mexican border on the outstanding warrant. He was reportedly found in possession of a firearm and was arrested on charges of alleged forgery and insurance fraud. He remains in custody in a County Correctional Facility.
